What is calmspace?

It is a compact and portable inhaler with different scents for the episodic treatment of claustrophobia events and/or similar anxiety increasing situations. The scents are all natural with a proprietary blend of essential oils.

How does calmspace work?

Understanding the science remains a burgeoning area of research. The medical profession has found that certain scents provide relief to people who suffer different stressors. Healthy Brands' own clinical testing, and supported by additional academic studies, revealed that people who feel claustrophobic or increase anxiety in enclosed space gained relief from using our inhaler specific to the scent which was most pleasing to that individual. We believe that olfactory receptors are triggered which send signals to the brain to reduce the apparent stress related to the current situation. When someone smells smoke related to a fire, the brain signals the person to flee. We believe our approach is similar in relieving claustrophobic episodes.

Why should I consider calmspace?

There is no other product on the market which allows you to try to treat the episodes related to claustrophobia. It is portable and discreet; it is affordable, and clinically tested. Why not try it? If it does not work, we will refund your money.

Does calmspace work for everyone?

calmspace does not work for everyone as individuals have different reactions to claustrophobic inciting situations, have different degrees of disability associated with this affliction, and may have diminished smelling response. Nevertheless, we have clinically tested the products with positive results in reducing the associated stress of a claustrophobic event. Additionally, academic studies do show a positive physiological response by using scents in an associated confining episode if the scent was appealing to the subject.

Why are several scents of calmspace offered?

We offer a choice of scents as different people react differently to different aromas. Our clinical tests indicated positive results to the choices available and are made by individuals who favor one aroma over another. Again, the science of olfactory receptor signaling is evolving and may offer an explanation in the future to why certain behavior results from certain aromas.

Will calmspace continue to work over time?

If you find relief using the inhaler during a claustrophobic episode, the inhaler should continue to work for you. If you find it does not, please contact us so we can try a different scent. If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it for a full refund.

What if I don't initially respond to calmspace?

Some people may not respond to the inhaler therapy. You may want to put the inhaler closer to your nose prior to an expected or during an episode. If the smell is strong but you do not react positively, please tell us. We can send you a different inhaler to try. If that does not work we will refund your money.

Is ordering online safe?

Shopping at HealthyBrandsGroup.com is safe. Can I place my order by telephone?

Yes. While placing an order online will make it easier for you to track the status of your order, you are welcome to call and place your order over the phone. You can call us at (224) 406.8980 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

Does Healthy Brands accept international orders?

Unfortunately, we can accept online orders only from the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada at this time. However, international orders over a minimum of $250 can be placed by calling us at (224) 406.8980 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. What methods of payment does Healthy Brands accept? For online retail orders, we accept MasterCard and Visa.

Does Healthy Brands charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged on retail orders shipped to Illinois and Wisconsin only.

Does Healthy Brands charge a shipping and handling fee?

Yes, we use UPS or USPS to ship our product and try to minimize our handling costs which include packaging and addressing the shipments. Please watch for future promotions where we offer free shipping.

What do I do if my order was damaged during shipment?

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipment. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend that you refuse shipment; if there is interior damage, please contact us immediately.

How do I know my order was received?

When you place your order online you will see a printable confirmation at the end of the checkout process to verify that your order has been received. You will also receive an email confirming the receipt of your order shortly after your order has been placed. All orders placed through our website will also be listed under 'Order History' when you log into your Healthy Brands account here: www.calm-space.com

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Healthy Brands account. If you aren't already logged into your account, do so using the 'login' at the top of our site. Once logged in, select the 'Order History' option at the top of our site.

What is the shelf life the inhaler?

While the scents often do not lose their smell, they will lose their potency over time. If the canister is tightly closed, we expect the inhaler to be effective for three months. If unopened, the product should retain its efficacy for at least a year from purchase. We make every effort to ensure that you receive well packaged and safe product. We carefully hand pack each order to protect the contents from exposure to light and moisture, to preserve the freshness, aroma, and potency of our products.
